Pandering is what GOP candidates do best. They have strong beliefs when it’s convenient, and ‘not so much’ if they can incite an emotional reaction. All GOP candidates are Christian and pro-life. If they are not, they must surrender their membership cards. For a large number of them the belief is so strong that they would not condone an abortion for any reason, including rape, and incest. Many of them also believe that if during childbirth the life of the mother or the fetus becomes jeopardized, the mother must die.

Jeb Bush is pro-life. He does not believe that any abortions are viable. A journalist for the Huffington Post asked Bush if he could go back in time and kill a ‘baby Hitler,’ would he?

“Hell yeah, I would!” the former Florida governor told The Huffington Post. “You gotta step up, man.” Really?

So, let me ask Jeb this. If we somehow knew that a woman was pregnant today with a child who would grow up to be a serial killer, (like his brother), would he approve an abortion? If a medical test determined that a fetus carried a fatal virus which could destroy millions of people if it was born, would he say ‘kill it?’

Stand up Bush; tell us where your beliefs truly lie.

The one thing the Bush boys have in common is speaking before they think; maybe that’s because that’s one thing they never learned how to do.
