Joni Ernst is the junior Senator from Iowa. Her election was bought and paid for by the Koch brothers, and it is now time to pay them back.
Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are virtually in a dead heat for the Iowa caucuses next Monday. Although the extremist and anti-feminist Senator has promised not to endorse one candidate, she can definitely slant her speeches in a manner which will influence the voters of her state. She is a far right conservative who has evangelical ties.
There is little doubt that she favors fellow TEA Party darling Ted Cruz over Donald Trump. In 2008 Mike Huckabee won the Iowa Caucus; in 2012 it was Rick Santorum. Both were successful thanks to the support of Evangelicals, but neither had support nationwide.
Donald Trump does not need to win Iowa; Ted Cruz does. It is likely that Trump will win in New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada.
Tonight is the seventh Republican faux-debate. The event is being held in Des Moines, but Trump will not attend.
Do you believe that Ernst can be subtle enough to sway Iowa’s voters? And do you believe that Trump’s boycott of the debate will help him, harm him, or neither?
Iowa’s caucus may be the most difficult to predict. The state’s voters are notorious for making late decisions about who they support.
Is too much emphasis being placed on Iowa? If Trump’s numbers rise or fall after tonight’s debate, do you believe that will make a difference on Monday’s outcome?
Monday evening some of our questions will be answered: “Stay tuned to the same Bat Channel and the same Bat Time to find out.”
