Kasich’s Logic Doomed his Campaign

JK

Throughout 10 grueling and embarrassing Republican ‘debates,’ there has only been one sane man standing on the stage, and that may have cost him any chance of becoming the GOP nominee for the presidency in 2016.

John Kasich is the Governor of Ohio. Several times he begged his rivals to cease the attacks, yelling, and have an actual debate regarding the issues facing our nation. But Trump, Cruz, Rubio, Christie, and Bush continued to act in an immature manner and turn the ‘debate’ into a schoolyard brawl.

In Nashville, Kasich told the crowd how he felt about his competitor’s antics. “Enough of this trash,” he said repeatedly as a crowd of supporters rose for a standing ovation. “Be better than that. We’re America.”

Kasich has ideas which are against the will of the majority of the American people, but Republican voters were not given an opportunity to hear them. He cannot win the nomination, and a large part of that fact is related to his inability to make a fool of himself.

So far the Republican campaign season has proven just one thing; the loudest and rudest candidate wins in the polls.

But, let’s be honest. Take a close look at the three leaders offered to voters by the GOP. If you look at Trump truthfully, he would be a horrible president. He knows nothing about our government, uses generalities as if they were facts, and I doubt that he has ever read the Bill of Rights.

Examining the records of Cruz and Rubio in the Senate reveals a lack of positive accomplishment, and no participation in deliberating the issues facing the majority of the American people. They are both TEA Party darlings, the one group responsible for our government’s failure.

So, sorry John, you never had a chance. Only unqualified and crude individuals have been invited to this circus. You must return to Ohio and answer to your own people.
