As they say in the movies: “and the plot thickens.” It has been reported that Jeb Bush will be advising Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and John Kasich before the Florida debate. Seriously? More conspiracy to derail Trump’s campaign? Not only is this a bad idea, it will be the witless leading the ignorant.
During Bush’s failed campaign, we learned only one thing; George W. is the smarter brother. Trump did not offer one idea which differed from his brother’s failed administration. Now he believes that he can help three failures harm Trump’s run for the White House? He must have one hell of an ego.
For the last seven months, Republican leaders have been attempting to stop Trump. The man who was once sought for appearances at right wing events such as CPAC has become a pariah. Just look who they’re sending to do their dirty work; Mitt Romney, and now Jeb Bush; how humiliating.
If I take a very close look at the Republican Party, and I am completely honest, there hasn’t been a respected Republican since 1992. Bush 41 was the last true Republican to hold our nation’s highest office, and the last to serve all of the American people. Who could they send to derail Trump? Could it be ‘Caribou Barbie,’ or maybe Glenn Beck? They couldn’t have been any worse.
I’m not sure if Trump has heard about this conspiracy in Florida. If he has, he must be laughing his a** off. This is like Larry, Moe, and Curly Joe following Shemp’s lead.
What a strange year, and what an unwinnable situation. The GOP is defunct; it suffered greatly before its demise, because all wounds were self-inflicted.
