The Bush family has close ties with the Saudi Arabian Government. Our nation maintains diplomatic relations with the nation. But, can they be trusted, and what was their relationship with the terrorists who committed the heinous crimes of 9/11?

I just learned of 28 pages of a document possibly revealing Saudi involvement in the attacks. Only a handful of our legislators have been allowed to read the report; it is kept in a top-secret area. These legislators told “60 Minutes” that they believe the public has a right to know.

As most of us will remember, immediately after the cowards flew two airplanes into the World Trade Center towers, another into the Pentagon, and a third whose plans were thwarted by courageous passengers in Pennsylvania, all air travel was halted in the United States. But what few Americans know is that a lone private jet was allowed to exit U.S. air space. The passengers were members of the Saudi royal family.

What does this prove? Nothing, yet. But would these 28 pages give Americans the answers they still seek?

Revelations by former heads of the CIA have informed the American people of one fact ignored by our government. Before 9/11 occurred, President Bush and Vice-President Cheney were warned of the probability of an attack on American soil by high-ranking CIA and FBI officials. They ignored the warnings and went on vacation.

Nearly 15 years later, the American people continue to demand answers. How could our government security agencies not have known about the impending attack? Were warnings based on suspicious events ignored? Why was our leadership not more vigilant?

My ‘source’ contains the questions and infer that the ’28 pages’ may supply the answers. Americans have the right to know, although our politicians attempt to hide the truth about how our government’s secretive actions fail our nation’s people.

It’s time that the media ends its practice of telling the American people what to believe, and simply give us the information which allows us to make our own decisions. This story reveals additional proof that the media and our government are in collusion to hide the truth from the American people.
