Ted Cruz is the most disliked man in Washington, and when the American people discover who he really is, they’ll feel the same way. The junior senator from Texas has nothing to offer America. Quite to the contrary, he seeks the destruction of the United States as founded by our forefathers. Those who are forced to interact with Cruz have become tiresome of his repetitive rants.
His latest adversary is Sean Hannity; the number two man on the Republican Party’s entertainment network, FOX Noise.
Yesterday he asked Cruz about his tactics to obtain delegates; tactics which have angered Trump supporters. Cruz replied that Trump ‘doesn’t understand the system.’ Hannity replied: “Senator, why do you do this? Every single time––no, you gotta stop!”
Criticism by Cruz’ supporters forced Hannity to respond today. He said that in the last three interviews, that he has been “more than fair.”
Cruz has never discussed the issues with one exception; his idea to ‘carpet bomb’ ISIS, which has been egregiously denounced by military experts. Not a single domestic issue has been discussed. His only offering was a ridiculous tax plan which would increase income inequality, the poverty level, and cause further reduction in the middle class, while increasing the national debt.
This is simply another piece of the Republican puzzle; the cause of the party’s implosion. All factions of the GOP are in disarray, and it appears that the damage is irreparable.
Stop blaming Trump; the blame must be accepted by the lack of effective Republican leadership for the last seven years.
Cruz’ only hope to receive the party’s nomination is a contested convention. If Trump fails to accumulate the 1,237 delegates needed before the convention, approximately 122 delegates selected by the establishment will nominate the presidential candidate, denying the wishes of Republican voters entirely.
The numbers are in Cruz’ favor, but Trump’s team claims that he will have 1,400 by July 18th.
Whether that will happen is questionable, but there is no doubt that Trump will have the most delegates from wins in the primaries. If the party denies his candidacy, what will happen to the party? Will it remain intact after its loss in November, and will it even survive post-convention?
This will continue to be ‘reality television,’ not the staged and scripted farces aired by the networks; this is live and will dictate the future of the GOP. Don’t miss the show, which will air between July 18th and the 21st.
