Stop everything! Regardless of the issues facing America which are actually of importance, we must have the commerce committee investigate why Facebook is not reporting right wing issues in its news feed. This is critical!
This may sound ridiculous, but this is exactly what the Senate is doing today; this is the most important issue facing our nation. The most idiotic part of this is that Facebook is not in any way, shape, or form, a credible news agency.
I join millions of other Americans who are angry at our government. They do nothing while accepting their paychecks, which include outrageous healthcare and retirement benefits. But they’re very concerned about stories involving Republicans being reported.
One of their concerns was coverage of CPAC. First of all, Facebook only reports trending stories. CPAC is nothing more than a large number of Donald Trump clones bashing President Obama, Hillary Clinton, and anyone else who is a progressive. It is not, and never will be, trending news. No one under 35 cares what happens at a gathering of racists and bigots.
If Trump wins the presidency, besides most of America seeking political asylum in Canada, the situation in Washington will only worsen. The ‘do-nothing’ Congress will do less. Trump will have a single agenda; building a “huge” wall between Mexico in the United States.
This ridiculous situation with Facebook reveals two things: Republicans are insecure, and what affects the American people is of no importance to GOP politicians.
