Once again the media will not tell the truth. This article involves the facts about the 2016 presidential election. It matters little that the biggest egomaniac in history will be the Republican nominee; the Republican Party will likely lose to any Democratic candidate.
Let’s begin with the obvious. Independents will never vote for unqualified individuals who seek public office. This is the only group which vets candidates and denies the ignorance of party loyalty. Now, let’s move on to the obvious.
Hispanics will not only cast their ballots for Democrats, but will protest the Republican candidate wherever and whenever he speaks. Donald Trump’s denigration of an entire group of Americans will not be forgotten.
All Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, agnostics, and atheists will denounce Trump for his denial of the first amendment rights of all Americans. His open display of bigotry has angered millions of Americans. More than 65 million of our nation’s people believe in religious freedom but fail to align themselves with organized religion. Non-Christians are vehemently denouncing the denial of first amendment rights. They will not vote for a Republican.
Black men and women across the nation will voice their anger at Republicans for failing to recognize the harsh and deadly treatment of their families and friends at the hands of law enforcement.
Women, who have been denied their Constitutional rights by Republicans will voice their disapproval of the GOP at the polls. Single women are a growing bloc which will be heard in November.
The LGBT community will vote unanimously to display their anger at the Republican Party for their efforts to deny them their rights under the 14th amendment.
The 99 percent will let Republicans know their displeasure with their support of the wealthy while more than 300 million Americans experience a decline in their quality of life.
Finally consider large demographics which often fail to go to the polls. Primarily these are millennials and married women.
Bernie Sanders has inspired millennials to become involved, and although Republican slanted publications claim that they will not vote for Ms. Clinton, I believe they are lying to the American people. Married women are tired of being ignored by both parties, and are likely to view this election as critical for their lives and the lives of their daughters and granddaughters.
So, who are Donald Trump supporters; who are in fact the supporters of the GOP?
Republicans always pander to their ‘base.’ This four letter word refers to middle-aged and older white men who claim to be Christians. Many of them are racists and bigots.
This is the major problem facing the Republican Party. Its ‘base’ is shrinking as they age and die.
If any of you doubt that Reince Priebus has failed his party, look at the aftermath of the 2012 election. The Chairman of the RNC told reporters that his party must appeal to new demographics. How’s that working for you Reince?
The number of Independents is rising each year. Intelligent men and women are refusing to become party loyalists. We will only support qualified candidates who have the necessary qualifications to represent us in Washington.
Sorry Donald; you fail to possess our requirements. You’re fired.
