“He’s not just unprepared — he’s temperamentally unfit to hold an office that requires knowledge, stability and immense responsibility,” Clinton said during the speech in San Diego, California.
Hillary Clinton originally claimed that her speech would be restricted to foreign policy. Instead, she destroyed Donald Trump with the truth, and Trump can’t handle the truth. She spoke of the danger of allowing a man to have his finger on the nuclear trigger who is unable to control his temperament.
“We cannot put the safety of our children and grandchildren in Donald Trump’s hands. We cannot let him roll the dice with America,” Clinton said.
“He says he has foreign policy experience because he ran the Miss Universe pageant in Russia,” Clinton said. “The stakes in global statecraft are infinitely higher and more complex than in the world of luxury hotels.”
She added: “I will leave it to the psychiatrists to explain his attraction to tyrants” before taking aim at Trump’s claim that being a global business tycoon equips him with significant global knowledge.
“You know, there’s no risk of people losing their lives if you blow up a golf-course deal,” she said. “But it doesn’t work like that in world affairs.”
I apologize for the long list of quotes, but they reflect allegations I have frequently offered myself. I am happy to see a prominent politician speaking the truth; it’s rare in today’s political environment.
Trump was not able to contradict Ms. Clinton’s attacks. His response was to call her ‘crooked,’ and falsely claim that her speech was disjointed. That’s the best we could expect from the failed businessman.
Trump is America’s poisoned Kool-Aid. He is the prophecy of Abraham Lincoln.
“America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” Abraham Lincoln.
Racism and bigotry cannot be considered as qualities necessary to become the President of the United States. He is a vile man who respects no one but himself. Trump is a megalomaniac whose personal ambitions must not be realized. He is a member of the one-percent, and has no ideas and no intention to serve the majority of Americans.
He consistently lies to his supporters. He will not build his ‘wall;’ he will not deport nearly 12 million undocumented residents; and he will not be allowed to ban Muslims from entering our nation.
The previous three promises by Trump compose his entire platform. He has nothing to offer to the American people. His lack of knowledge is frightening; experience is critical in 2016.
The contradictions regarding Hillary Clinton are undeniable, but the truth is that she is the most qualified presidential candidate in our nation’s history. While her ‘likeability’ rating is low, she was selected as America’s most admired woman 14 times.
If the choice in November is between Ms. Clinton and Trump, there is no choice. America cannot allow a buffoon to live in our nation’s most revered residence.
