It is extremely rare for a FOX Noise personality to speak the truth. When Megyn Kelly criticized Donald Trump, the Republican Party’s standard bearer, I was shocked.
U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel will hear the case involving ‘Trump University,’ a failure by the businessman which has been accused of false claims about the institution. Former students are suing Trump for the ‘university’s’ failure to offer the information it promised.
Trump is angry at the judge, proving once again that he can’t handle criticism or the truth. He claims that Judge Curiel has an “absolute” and “inherent conflict of interest” in handling the case because he is “of Mexican heritage” while Trump is “building a wall” between the two countries when he is president.
Kelly revealed the lies involved in Trump’s statement.
“So first of all, people are saying that this judge is a member of La Raza, the group that’s been protesting Donald Trump. He isn’t,” the former attorney said on “The Kelly File.” “He’s a member of an Hispanic lawyers’ association that has no partisan stripes whatsoever. They support Hispanic lawyers and judges. That’s it. So let’s be clear on that.”
Curiel, she added, “is not Mexican,” noting that while his parents are Mexican and he is “of Mexican heritage,” the federal judge was born in Indiana.
I admit that I have never been a fan of Ms. Kelly. My dislike for her intensified when she obviously attacked Trump during the first “debate,” with personal attacks obviously organized by Republican leadership and FOX Noise. It is refreshing to know that the television personality is willing to rely on facts and not innuendos.
Ms. Kelly was interviewing Bill Bennet, who is a Trump supporter. She forcefully stated that Curiel’s history does not make him biased.
“No, it doesn’t. Big mistake. And I hope he stops with this,” said Bennett, who served as secretary of education under Ronald Reagan and once said the party’s mainstream had “closed its minds” to Trump. “In fact, I hope he stops with a lot of the personal stuff that he’s been doing the last week or two. We thought he was at a point of new departure.”
Trump is going to be Trump; he will never be ‘presidential.’ He is an egotist who values the opinion of no one else other than himself.
Remember where you read this; this is the tip of the iceberg regarding Trump’s business and personal failures. As I write this, hundreds of journalists are searching through the businessman’s past. His multiple lawsuits, bankruptcies, and questionable business dealings will be revealed to the public.
Trump is a typical liar; he tells so many falsehoods that he forgets what he has stated in the past. He not only lies to the media, he lies to his supporters. They mistakenly believe that he can accomplish everything he claims. The fact is that he will do nothing if he is allowed to become the leader of the free world.
