The disaster for the United Kingdom labeled “Brexit” will become a tragic reality for the British people very soon. The nation’s people made a serious mistake removing their nation from the European Union. A “knee-jerk” reaction to failed politicians; politicians placed in power by the electorate, will not solve the nation’s problems. The celebration by those who see this as a victory, will be short lived.
Our nation’s Republicans mourn for life in the United States which existed 100 years ago; it’s not reality. In the 21st century isolationism is not a possibility. Nations must rely on each other. The necessity for trade agreements, disaster relief, and protection from our enemies requires a relationship with those who share our view of the world.
It was predictable that moronic and failed politicians would offer unsolicited opinions about Brexit. Every time Rudy Giuliani opens his mouth he embarrasses himself; but he never gets it.
Giuliani said on Hannity the British people have basically said that the EU has “screwed things up so badly” by following Obama- and Clinton-style policies. “And I think the British people made a very, very heroic stand with a tremendous effort against it,” he added.
Giuliani has one claim to fame. He just happened to be the mayor of New York when the cowardly attacks of 9/11 occurred. But he was thrilled with those dark days. He supported George W. Bush and his rush to invade a sovereign nation under false pretenses. He longs for the days when our nation suffered the worst recession in history and millions of working class Americans lost their homes and retirement. He is blind to the fact that President Obama moved our nation away from a depression and into financial recovery in just six years.
The failed former mayor continues to prove that he is a nobody, and his opinions do not matter. When the people of Great Britain begin to suffer from a rash decision the world will learn a difficult lesson.
Giuliani has the intellect of Donald Trump, and continues to prove to the nation why he is no longer a legitimate political pundit. Nobody would know his name if he had not been in office 15 years ago. He is a tool of the Republican Party and lacks the knowledge and ability to lead a boy scout troop.
Desperation to remain in the public eye is sad; but that’s all Giuliani has left. His opinions have no basis in fact. It’s time for many failed Republicans to fade into the past where they belong. They are of no value to the future of America.
