By continuing to make jokes about Benghazi, Hillary Clinton’s use of private e-mails, and other fallacious attacks on the former Secretary of State, the late-night comics are advancing Donald Trump’s campaign, and may force the election of the most dangerous man in America.
Sadly, television has but a single purpose; profit. Whether it is news, entertainment, or documentary, if it doesn’t attract advertisers, it is eliminated from the program lineup. Continuing to ‘make-fun’ of her problems, which were created by Republican opposition, supports Trump’s election efforts.
I doubt that you will hear about the story I will reveal to you next. It won’t increase advertising revenues, and the media will ignore its importance.
In January the “U.S.A. Freedom Kids” were a sensation, as they performed at a Trump rally. Trump praised them and the three young women became a symbol for his campaign.
Jeff Popick is the father of the youngest of the girls, and has filed a lawsuit against Trump’s campaign for violations of a verbal agreement.
“This is not a billion-dollar lawsuit,” Popick said. “I’m doing this because I think they have to do the right thing. And if this means having to go through the court system to enforce them doing the right thing, then that’s what I have to do. I’m not looking to do battle with the Trump campaign, but I have to show my girls that this is the right thing.”
The young women began their efforts for Trump in Florida. When they were asked to come to Des Moines, Iowa, when Trump decided not to participate in the second “debate” conducted by FOX Noise, his campaign promised that they would be compensated for a flight to Chicago, and a long car trip to Des Moines. None of this occurred. Popick was force to pay for flights, hotel rooms, and rental cars for the excursion.
“These are guys that insist they’re straight shooters,” Popick said, “‘You may not like what we’re going to say, but we mean what we say and we say what we mean’ — and they just would not say anything of any substance!”
“I’ve invested a lot of time, effort, money,” he continued, “and it’s just been complete silence.”
Trump’s actions are consistent with his failure to pay many workers involved in his construction endeavors.
Trump has no morals, and fails to accept responsibility for his failures. Is this a man who the American people want to represent them? He supports racism, bigotry, misogyny, and xenophobia.
America must overcome the evil which is Donald Trump. Hillary Clinton has represented the American people’s needs for decades, while Trump was amassing a fortune from the suffering of the American people.
We have a choice in November; and there is only one candidate who chooses to represent our nation and the majority of its people.
Trump must be defeated at all costs, and Hillary Clinton elected. She will fight for the working class and defeat special interests. She understands the challenge to national security, and will work with our allies to protect the American people.
The future is in your hands; you have the power of voting for yourselves and your family. Be smart; use your intellect and not emotions created by the GOP.
