Trump’s Supporters Display Frightening Ignorance

Donald the Fascist

Before I was a teenager, I was told “never to believe everything I heard.” This was another great piece of advice from one of my uncles. It’s true today, and maybe more so. Ninety percent of what is on the internet is just plain ‘bullshit;’ just as 99 percent of what Donald Trump says is entirely false.

Sadly, Trump’s supporters believe him. They fail to ‘fact check’ everything he says. He is treated like the Pope, who is considered infallible in matters of faith and morals.

Trump lied once again when he told his supporters that the upcoming election “would be rigged.” The truth is that he knows he’s going to lose, and he has already begun making excuses for another failure in his life.

Okay, here are the facts. I know of two “rigged” elections in my lifetime. But, first, let me give you one important detail; the actual percentage of voter fraud is estimated at .012 percent, and some analysists believe it is even lower. That said, I am positive that both the 2000 and 2004 elections were given to the Republican candidate, George W. Bush.

In 2000, although Al Gore won the popular vote, the electoral vote hinged on the state of Florida. In order to obtain the accurate accounting of ballots in several counties, the tabulation was forced to continue; election day did not produce a victor. A Republican dominated Supreme Court of the United States voided state’s rights and awarded the presidency to Bush.

HBO filmed a documentary which was only broadcast on late night television, and only for a couple of weeks. It gave absolute proof that the voting machines in the state of Ohio had been tampered with in the 2004 election. The manufacturer of the machines was an avid Bush supporter. Ohio was the pivotal state, and John Kerry lost the election after the results in Ohio were confirmed.

Trump can attempt to lie to his supporters, but the truth will be the accurate results of the November 8th election.
