Ailes, Bannon, and Conway: Worse Choices for Trump than McCain in 2008?

Conway

Donald Trump’s campaign experienced another radical “shake-up.” As his numbers began to slip in the polls, he became aware that his message was not appreciated by most voters. But the changes he made will likely increase his extremism and lessen what civility he had left.

Roger Ailes was hired to be an adviser for the upcoming debates. For those of you who don’t know him, Ailes is the disgraced former president of FOX Noise. Not only is he a sexual deviate, he is the man who approved the tactics of FOX on-air personalities. He allowed lies and misdirection to dominate broadcasts for the sole purpose of increasing the network’s ratings.

Trump and Ailes have been friends for years and share each other’s philosophies and lack of principle.

Steve Bannon is the former head man at Breitbart; an extremist conservative blog. He is known as a white supremacist, and a raging homophobe. He is now the CEO of Trump’s campaign. He admits that his entire goal is to attack Hillary Clinton continuously; removing her from any opportunity to win the presidency.

He, like Trump and Ailes, has no interest in facts or issues. His weapons are emotions; man’s greatest weakness.

Kellyanne Conway is now Trump’s campaign manager. She was promoted last week. Her claim to fame as the ‘ultimate spin doctor’ has given Trump some semblance of credibility. Under her direction, Trump is speaking from a prepared script and using a teleprompter.

Appearing on FOX Noise with Megyn Kelly, Conway defended her boss by blatantly lying about his temperament. When asked about his vile attacks against anyone who criticizes him, she said he “doesn’t do it without being attacked first.”

Trump has only a single tactic, and that is ‘attack.’ He has no substance, no ideas, and lacks sufficient intelligence to debate, or even speak in coherent sentences.

Yesterday he returned to being the same old Trump we’ve seen for over a year. He continued to attack Hillary Clinton for working; for serving her country, while he was striving to make more money.

Why isn’t the media revealing the fact that Trump is using his campaign contributors for personal gain? Why don’t the tell the truth that Trump has raised the rent in Trump Towers on his campaign headquarters; that he has given donor money to his golf courses and restaurants; or that he continues to use his own ‘gas guzzling’ airplane for campaigning? In July, the aircraft cost donors nearly one-half million dollars.

The media has exposed its single purpose; keep Trump relevant, and keep the ratings high.
