Trump is no Longer Allowed to be Himself

Donald the Fascist

If Donald Trump is flip-flopping about his stance on immigration, is this what he believes, or is he being forced to change his position? I believe it is a situation of once again following the money.

Trump is broke; his campaign is broke. Only one man is in control of his campaign today, and that’s multi-millionaire and white supremacist Robert Mercer. Minimum evaluations of his wealth are at 400 million dollars. With the RNC in virtual bankruptcy relevant to the 2016 election, Mercer is Trump’s only support. Trump was forced to promote Kellyanne Conway, and add Stephen Bannon to his staff. Mercer has supported both of them in previous campaigns and web attacks against progressives.

Trump’s tirades against virtually anyone and everyone were disgusting and had no substance, but at least he was entertaining, and the mainstream media loved him. The “new and improved” Donald Trump is unconvincing and boring.

Donald Trump is not a normal man, and far from a conventional presidential candidate. He is open about his many flaws. He rejects political correctness and attacks anyone who criticizes him or has even a minor disagreement with his policies. His emotions are out of control. But recent changes in his demeanor can only be accredited to changes in his campaign staff, and the individual who is demanding those changes.

Desperation is a frightening word and even a worse reality. Trump may have finally realized that he has limited support. He must convince those he has denounced that he actually supports them. Minorities, women, the LGBT community, and all of the other groups he previously attacked must come together and support Trump or he will lose his bid for the presidency in the most embarrassing loss in American history.

Most Republican politicians can rely on several demographics. These include middle-aged and older white men whose incomes are middle class or above, Christians, and other racists.

Trump has serious problems with Mormons and Catholics. He is about to experience anger from his fellow racists as he is apparently reneging on his position regarding immigration.

Trump is personally responsible for the possibility of Democrats regaining control of the Senate. The failure of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, added to the disconnect of Republican voters with Trump, present a real opportunity for those on the left side of the aisle to regain the majority.

The “Trump effect” is real. Republicans are fearful for the future of their party, and their own reelection campaigns. The American people will reject candidates who are supportive of Trump.

The 2016 election season has been historic. It has also been the most disreputable example of how ugly and embarrassing the American political system can be. Thanks to a failed media, there has been little focus on the issues for the first time in history. Sensationalism sells advertising, and that has been their focus.

If we had a credible fourth estate, this election would be focused on the fact that we have an opportunity to elect the most qualified candidate in history, and she just happens to be a woman. Instead, the media has placed all of its focus on a buffoon who fails to believe in America and its future.

Before Trump was forbidden to be himself, he was exposed as a danger to our nation and the future of the American people. Voters cannot be fooled into believing that he has changed. The facts are there, and they cannot be denied.
