Michelle Obama Says It All

What does “being presidential” mean? I think that is a very easy question to answer if you’ve watched President Obama for the last eight years. He is always composed; always thinks before he speaks; and never personally attacks anyone.

Do I have to tell you what “being presidential” is not? You know what I’m going to say. Let us allow Michelle Obama to inform us regarding the differences.

“When you are making life-or-death and war-or-peace decisions, a president can’t just pop off,” she said Friday at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.

She followed Hillary Clinton’s lead who depicted Donald Trump as ‘not qualified’ to be the President of the United States.

“To start with, we need someone who is going to take this job seriously,” she said, describing herself as someone who has seen the presidency up close and knows what it takes to do the job. “Someone who will study and prepare and know the issues better than anyone on their team. The president can hire the best advisers on earth, but let me tell you that five different advisers will give five different [answers].”

The president has to make the call, she said. “We need someone who is compassionate . . . someone who will be a role model for our kids. . . . If a [candidate] is erratic, if [they] disrespect our fellow citizens . . . let me tell you, that is who they are. A candidate is not going to suddenly change once they get in office. . . . And at that point, it is too late. They are the leader of the world’s largest economy.”

There is nothing else to say. In this election we see two completely different representations. One has the experience and knowledge to become our nation’s leader, and one who surrounds himself with extremists and unqualified advisors.

Maybe it’s because I detest everything about Donald J. Trump, but I cannot in my wildest imagination see him in the White House. I would honestly be embarrassed for my country.

I am very sincere when I say that I wish the mainstream media had not helped Trump win the Republican nomination. They have performed a very large disservice to the American people.

I am also sincere when I say that Trump’s supporters also hate our nation. I cannot believe that anyone who loves the America created by our founding fathers could support Trump. His lifelong actions, combined with his rhetoric, prove the fact that he is a racist, a bigot, and an Islamophobe. His association with white supremacists confirms suspicions regarding his strongest personal beliefs. By adding David Bossie to his staff, he gives us insight into his business practices; “winning at any cost is all that matters.”

We must elect an American as our president; please repost. Thank you.
