Sheldon Adelson now Owns Tom Cotton

Cotton

Online gambling is extremely controversial. One United States Senator from Arkansas, Tom Cotton, has introduced a bill to disallow the process. He is one of “Sheldon Adelson’s boys.” Adelson is heavily invested in Las Vegas Casinos.

Cotton has continued in his attempts to remain in the public eye in ways which can only be described as traitorous. This is his first involvement in a domestic issue.

Nevada’s casinos have failed in multiple attempts to reject online gaming in any form. Although it is not the most profitable part of casino operations, it brings in millions of individuals each year into its cities. Along with sports bettors come they wives, husbands, and significant others. They fear that if online gambling becomes universal, they will lose millions of visitors each year.

I worked in the Northern Nevada casinos for 20 years. I have no mercy for casino owners who generally treat their employees badly, and offer their customers very little for their money. However, online gambling should not be an issue in which our federal government becomes involved. This should belong to the states who have legal gaming. I do not want additional controls placed upon what happens in my state.

Cotton is wrong to enter his bill, and sensible legislators should reject it. The Republican Party was once the party of less government. Today it wants to control everything in our lives including what happens in our bedrooms. This must cease, and the
GOP must return to the principles of its past. This new “Republican Party” is the GOP in name only.

Cotton has signed on as a member of ‘Sheldon Adelson’s Restoration of America’s Wire Act sponsor.’ He is not representing Arkansas, a state which has not legalized gambling. His concern is Sheldon Adelson, and not the people of his own state. Cotton is another member of the TEA Party, or Freedom Caucus, and is required to do the bidding of his owner, the super-rich Mr. Adelson.

My advice to the youngest Senator in our nation is quite simple; learn your job, stop trying to become a national figure, and serve the people of your state. You know nothing; it is obvious that you have much to learn.
