Anyone with average intelligence who watched Monday night’s debate must declare the fact that Donald Trump made a complete fool of himself. He failed to address a single issue, while attempting to discredit Hillary Clinton. As she offered detailed answers, he interrupted her 51 times, as he he continued to ‘sniffle.’
Hillary Clinton was obviously well-prepared. How did Trump ready himself for the most-watched debate in history? He failed to offer any proof that he is ‘presidential.’
Here is what Trump’s unqualified campaign staff said to reporters.
“The team had primed Mr. Trump to look for roughly a dozen key phrases and expressions Mrs. Clinton uses when she is uncertain or uncomfortable, but he did not seem to pay attention during the practice sessions,” one aide said, and “failed to home in on her vulnerabilities during the debate.” Really?
What Trump did is give assurance to the American people that he is not prepared to become the leader of the free world. He lacks the temperament, the experience, and qualifications to live in the White House.
Another issue the mainstream media is failing to address is Trump’s choice of staff and others with whom he associates. None of those who work in his campaign are qualified to participate in a run for the presidency. The only well-known “Republicans” who support him are past failures with questionable moral standards. Who would he choose as his cabinet? Who would he nominate for judgeships, including the Supreme Court? Would our nation be led by a group of individuals who know nothing about our nation or the world?
As we watch and listen to Donald Trump, we must question his intellect and mental acuity. He continues to display severe anger, and a penchant for violence. He lies so frequently, it is difficult to know where he stands on any issue.
The revelation of Donald Trump’s idea of “debate preparation” adds to my concerns. Is this how he would act when he was forced to speak with leaders of other nations?
