Although Donald Trump criticized those who work on Wall Street, and those living in poverty, for not paying taxes, but calls himself a “genius” for not paying any himself. Tax records revealed that Trump paid no taxes for as long as 18 years.
“Well, I don’t mind sacrificing for the country, to be honest with you. But you know, you do have a problem because half of the people don’t pay any tax. And when he’s talking about that he’s talking about people that aren’t also working, that are not contributing to this society. And it’s a problem. But we have 50 percent. It just hit the 50 percent mark. Fifty percent of the people are paying no tax.”
In 1995 Trump’s tax records revealed that he lost $916 million. He claims that the economic downturn in the 1990’s was worse than the recession of 2008; he’s lying. Records prove that it was a very mild situation. What Trump did was use the tax code to avoid paying federal income tax for years to come.
No one who understands business is claiming tax fraud on the part of Trump. However, criticizing others for doing the same, and stating that those who live in poverty should pay taxes is hypocritical.
Donald Trump continues to be exposed as a fraud, a criminal, and as the most unqualified presidential candidate in history.
The American people are not stupid, although Donald Trump and Kellyanne Conway believe they are. For those who considered Trump as a possible candidate, they now know that he would be the worst choice they ever made in their lives.
America’s future depends on our next president’s experience and qualifications. We have serious problems domestically, and national security continues to be an issue which will require both great diplomacy and great strength; Trump has neither. His temperament presents not only a danger to our nation, but to the world.
Vote wisely, my friends; it’s only your future and the future of those you love in the balance.
