E-mails are not an offense punishable by jail. However, bribing public officials, breaking immigration laws, using charitable contributions for personal use, and defrauding those who enrolled in “Trump University” are.
It’s good to see that Trump has broken Kellyanne Conway’s leash. He is once again being himself, and that means that he is in ‘full attack mode.’ He has nothing else to offer. He has begun claiming that Hillary Clinton should be in jail because she used a personal server during her time as Secretary of State. The issue has been discussed ‘ad infinitum’ by the media, and it is passé and closed.
What hasn’t been discussed are Trump’s actual criminal actions; he is the one who should be jailed for multiple crimes.
Donald J. Trump has been fined for numerous bribes of public officials who helped him acquire land for business deals. He donated heavily to their campaigns, and he admitted to these multiple illegal actions. He should be in jail, and not living in a golden penthouse.
Trump created a bogus modeling agency. Melania was among those he brought here from other nations on a “tourist visa.” He housed them in what can only be labeled slums while he secured modeling jobs for them. Most of the money was taken by Trump, as these young women were forced to live in squalor. What makes this a crime according to immigration law, is that he never obtained work visas for the young women.
The “Trump Foundation” has been exposed as a ‘personal bank’ for Trump. Although no more than $10,000 can be confirmed as a donation by Trump himself, he has used tens-of-thousands of dollars for his personal use. This is criminal and should immediately receive an indictment under New York State and federal laws.
Lastly, there is Trump’s fictitious “university.” What was represented as an institution which would teach others how to succeed in the business world, specifically real estate, was nothing more than a series of lectures which offered nothing. Sadly, the lawsuit will not be heard until after the election. From all informed reports, “Trump University” was a fraud.
So who should be in jail? These four violations of law are likely only the beginnings of what will be revealed in the next four weeks.
Trump’s recent lewd remarks about your mother, sister, wife, or girlfriend have added to the reasons for his drop in the polls. But the media should have exposed him as failed businessman; a fraud; more than a year ago. This is not a man who should be on the ballot in November. This is a man who should be on the list of traitors to our nation and its future.
If Trump wins, blame the media who has chosen ratings and profit over the future of the United States of America and its people. There is no question that he has been given a free pass, while Hillary Clinton has been forced to endure scrutiny never seen before over issues which have no relevance to the election.
