When Trump was exposed making lewd and lascivious remarks about women on an Access Hollywood bus, he was denounced by all Americans with a strong sense of morality. Of course, that does not include his supporters. Trump’s wife, Melania, also defended him. Although she did tell him that such comments were ‘inappropriate,’ she said that “Billy Bush egged him on.” Really? Bush was 59-years-old at the time, and remained both an immature sexual predator, and a ‘dirty old man.’

Melania claimed that what was presented on the recording was ‘not the man I know.’ Sorry, Melania, it was the man we all know. He is a despicable human being who has no respect for others. For 16 long months, we have learned that he is a racist, a bigot, a homophobe, and a misogynist. The main figure on his campaign staff is a white supremacist; Steve Bannon.

Trump’s trophy wife’ is forced to be loyal to her “meal ticket.” I’m certain that after his first divorce from Ivana, he learned his lesson and required very one-sided pre-nuptual agreements from Marla Maples, and now Melania. The most interesting fact about when this happened, is that Trump and Melania were newly weds. He was known as a philanderer, and none of this should be a surprise.

I have a serious question for all American women. If you have not abandoned Trump, and continue to support him, are you living in the 1950’s. Do you remain subservient to the man in your life, and would accept him talking and acting in similar fashion to Trump. Do you believe that victims of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, and domestic violence deserve this type of treatment and demeaning verbal attacks? If you do, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Fortunately, younger American women, women who are members of the largest voting bloc in the nation, will not allow themselves to be treated like second-class citizens. Millennials have very different ideas than baby boomers and members of ‘generation x.’ Those women who, by their failure to reject Trump, are in fact approving of his deplorable speech and actions, and are on their way out of influence in our nation. Change is inevitable, and Donald Trump is the past.

In an earlier article, I remarked about the 2020 election and how I am doubtful that neither Trump nor Hillary could be reelected. After thinking about my assumption, I believe it to be accurate. Millenials and other women will be looking for a candidate who is much younger, and more aligned with their own beliefs. He or she may be a socialist, and will denounce Wall Street and the major corporations they support. Our 46^th president could be a 40-year-old Hispanic woman, who is a member of the LGBT community.

If you are like Trump and his Republican cronies, and cannot accept the inevitable changes in our nation, you have four years to move. Millennials are shunning capitalism, prejudice, and religion. The fastest growing “religions” in America today are the religion of Islam, and atheists. Christians are experiencing the smallest number of new converts.

A new America is on the horizon, and many Americans my age will not be pleased. I cherish the advancement of the majority. If you agree, please re-post. Thank you.
