Marco Rubio Represents the Worst of Politics in the 21st Century

MR

There was a time when Florida’s Junior Republican Senator was considered an ‘upcoming star’ in his party. His embarrassing defeat during the primary season gave America proof that he is unqualified to lead our nation. He was unable to speak coherently without a prepared script, and eventually lost his own state’s primary by 20 points to Donald Trump. He allowed Trump to belittle him constantly, and when he attempted to counterattack, he was unable to garner a response from supporters. He simply appeared desperate and foolish.

Rubio often stated that he did not like working in the Senate, and would not seek reelection if his presidential bid failed. He proved to the American people that his first statement was true. Rubio has one of worst attendance records in the legislature. His second claim proved to be false. Pressured by Republican leadership, he is now running for reelection. He proved that the only thing Republicans are good at is lying.

The truth is, Rubio is campaigning for 2020; as is Ted Cruz. Both of these cowardly and hypocritical politicians have agreed to support Trump, although he attacked both of them without respect, mercy, and personally. He called Rubio; “little Marco,” and Cruz; “lyin Ted.” When Trump attacked him, Rubio could not defend himself. He appeared to have been destroyed by the schoolyard bully. Trump attacked Cruz’ father, insinuating that he was involved in the assassination of JFK. Then he attacked Heidi Cruz’ appearance. Both men support their tormentor. Not in my day!

Rubio presently leads his Democratic rival, Patrick Murphy, by less than four points in the polls. It will be crucial for Republicans for Rubio to win, and interesting for most of us to see how widespread the “Trump effect” reaches the American people. In addition, Hillary Clinton has a lead of more than four points over Trump in the Sunshine State. Her influence is growing.

The question I have, is if Rubio has openly admitted that he hates the Senate, why would Floridians vote for a man who will not work for them? His speeches involve national politics, not what he intends to do for his state. We have no idea what he plans to accomplish in a six-year-term. This situation appears to be nothing more than a plan by Republican leadership and Rubio for 2020. They have apparently acquiesced to the fact that the presidential race is lost in 2016, and they are re-grouping for 2020.

Marco Rubio is proof that he was a passenger in the clown car which carried 16 passengers who were comletely unqualified to lead the free world. The only person less qualified was the driver, Donald Trump, and none of the 16 he led to defeat were respected enough by the voting public to challenge the “orange man.”

I will challenge the voting public to cease wasting their votes. Political parties do not deserve your loyalty; vote for the best candidate, not the worst party.

Trumpenstein was created because of failures by Republican leadership, and the poor choices made by Republican voters. Only you can change that and vote with intelligence and shun emotional baggage.

Please re-post and fight to take your country back. Thank you.
