When Donald Trump encounters a protester at his rallies, he tells his security team to “get him out; get him out of here. Punch him in the face.” Nice words from a man who claims he wants to be the President of the United States and represent all Americans. But when he lied about how a real President handled a heckler, this was pure stupidity.
Although Trump does not believe in ‘free speech’ which is supported by the first amendment, President Obama does. When a crowd supporting Hillary Clinton began to loudly boo a Trump supporter in North Carolina, Mr. Obama loudly said “Hold up! Hold up!” He wasn’t directing his challenge at the protester, he was instructing the crowd to settle down.
“We live in a country that respects free speech. Second of all, it looks like maybe he might have served in our military and we’ve got to respect that,” Obama said. “Third of all, he was elderly and we’ve got to respect our elders.”
For some reason, Trump had the nerve to call the President’s remarks “a disgrace.” By Trump standards, that may be true. His own words reveal that he uses anger and hatred to impress his crowds and invites violence as a solution. How would he handle a disagreement with another man or woman who is the leader of a nation we consider ‘less than friendly?’
Trump is unfit to be the leader of the free world. His extremely weak temperament is a danger to world peace. He lacks the intellect and experience to successfully negotiate with others. Why Trump receives support from any man or woman who claims to love their nation is something I do not understand. No one with average intelligence can prove to me that he is qualified to be our president.
The difference between our President, and a wannabee president, can be summed up in Mr. Obama’s final plea.
“Don’t boo,” the President said, repeating one of his oft-uttered 2016 phrases. “Vote.”
Trump supporters revel in their claim that Trump is ‘not like any other candidate;’ and they are correct. He has absolutely no resemblance to any other presidential candidate because he lacks all the qualities of any other individual who sought the office in the last 240 years.
Please follow the President’s advice and vote. Vote for yourself and your loved ones, and elect the most qualified candidate in history. Deny Trump’s personal ambitions to add to his megalomania. And if you agree, please re-post. Thank you.
