I mourn the end of my nation. It saddens me that white Americans made a terrible decision and murdered democracy for all time. Next year our country will move from its present system of an oligarchy to a plutocracy. With Republicans in control of all three branches of our government, the majority of Americans can look forward to difficult and dangerous times.
None of the horrible things Donald Trump will attempt to do will affect me; I’m too old. But I fear for the future of our people, and the nation they will be forced to endure.
Early in 2017, 20 million Americans will lose their health insurance. Republican traitors in the House have attempted to repeal the Affordable Care Act over 50 times; they will finally accomplish their goal.
Nearly 12 million illegal workers are living in fear today. The American people elected a racist president, which proves that nearly one-half of all Americans are racist. Although we know that Trump lied and will never build a wall, I believe he will attempt to deport all Hispanics who do not have “papers.” Fascism will have arrived.
College education will become in-affordable for all Americans other than the wealthy class
Those about to begin social security and Medicare will discover that their benefits have been decreased or even become non-existent. That money will be used to increase defense spending in preparation for an inevitable war; which we will once again lose.
Tension between blacks and law enforcement will grow; there will be no judicial reform.
Women will be prevented from having abortions even in the case of rape, incest, on if the life of the mother is in danger.
Income inequality will continue to grow as more American families fall into poverty.
None of our businesses which exist in foreign nations will be returning; that would harm Trump’s own income.
Trump will be allowed to nominate at least one Supreme Court Justice, although he knows nothing about the Constitution; and doesn’t care. He will choose another extremist such as Antonin Scalia
Finally, and I mean finally, Trump will revoke the nuclear arms agreement with Iran, and the world will end with the eventual nuclear war which will result.
My America died at 9 pm. Pacific Daylight Time on November 8th, 2016. The 240 year experiment failed just as Abraham Lincoln predicted.
