I will complain about Donald Trump for as long as he is allowed to soil the White House sheets; and I have the right. I followed every deplorable word and action by this vile and disreputable man for 20 months. Unlike the mainstream media, I did not pretend that the fact Trump is a criminal, a white supremacist, and a sexual predator forbade him from being our nation’s president; and for me he never will be. I voted on the first morning early voting began; I couldn’t wait.
However, if you are one of the 110 million eligible voters who failed to cast your ballot, you have no right to complain about anything; but you will.
Hillary Clinton won the popular vote. Because 110 million people had no concern for their family’s future, Trump won the Electoral Vote, and Republicans will dictate my life and yours for the next four years. Yes, fascism is a dictatorship.
Americans are the least informed, and the laziest people in the world. They offer excuses for everything; complain about everything; but do nothing. And if you accept Trump as your president, you deny the rights of millions of blacks, Hispanics, women, and the entire LGBT community. Trump’s running mate, Mike Pence is so fearful of homosexuals that he actually believes in conversion therapy.
More than at any other time in my 70 years on this planet; 49 of which I was able to vote; there was never a more important time for the American people to vote. Electing a dirty old man who is 70 years old, and has never had one second of experience in government is unforgivable and extremely dangerous. The presidency is not a position where on-the-job training is acceptable.
But most of all is what Trump has done to the legacy of 43 other men who represented the American people and the free world. (Grover Cleveland was both our 22nd and 24th president). Trump is composed of the excrement they left behind. Our president must be a moral individual with at least enough intelligence to run a lemonade stand. He or she must not have engaged in bribing elected officials, or stealing from his own charity. Our nation’s leader cannot be a man who boasted about “just raping a woman.”
Far too many of you elected an egomaniac who believes in “white power.” His cabinet and advisory staff will have at least three avowed white supremacists besides himself in Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, and Newt Gingrich.
Sometimes you get what you vote for, and sometimes you get a little sick to your stomach just hearing a name.
