In 1984 Kentucky dumped a piece of garbage on America; they elected Mitch McConnell to the United States Senate. Throughout his career he has proven himself as the worst of America; a professional politician; he has proven that he is a racist, bigot, and a self-serving elected official who hates his nation. As Senate Minority, and Majority Leader, he promised to do nothing from the day President Barrack Obama was elected. He has kept his promise, while continuing to accept hundreds of thousand of dollars in salary and benefits from the American people.
Every decision, every nominee for office offered by President Obama was heavily criticized by the “turtle.” The President nominated Merrick Garland for the empty seat on the Supreme Court more than eight months ago, and this useless man has refused to hold confirmation hearings. He, along with Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, are the biggest hypocrites in the history of our nation. They refuse to denounce Trump’s appointment of Steve Bannon as chief strategist and adviser for his presidency.
Bannon confirmed that he is an avowed white supremacist, anti-Semitic, and homophobic, but McConnell is not concerned; in fact, by his silence, he obviously approves of his beliefs. The only concern of the “turtle” is that the Republican Party is in power, and they can now destroy everything which positively affects the working class.
“I’m not going to comment on White House personnel selections,” McConnell said. Although he was outspoken about our black president and his personnel choices, he refuses to denounce the “alt-right” member who promotes white supremacy, antisemitism, and homophobia.
McConnell was a member of the “anybody but Trump” movement, until he wasn’t, and now praises the “orange man.” McConnell obviously does not understand the meaning of hypocrite, and is most certainly a traitor to his country, placing the GOP ahead of the needs of the American people. He is dishonest, ignorant, and self-serving. He is one of the principle reasons why Trump became the standard bearer of the Republican Party, and why our government is broken. His lack of ability and refusal to perform the job for which he was elected is what makes America a 14th class nation; according to recent surveys.
My fellow Americans, we are destined for four years of hell, and I’m not sure that our nation will survive unless we, the people, take our nation back.
Fascism is not acceptable.
