Records from the Internal Revenue Service reveal that Trump admitted he illegally used funds from his fake-charity for personal use. Any other individual who committed such a crime would be prosecuted for embezzlement; but once again Trump will be given a free pass.
His 2015 tax returns offered proof that Trump had been “self dealing” for some time. The law “bars nonprofit leaders from using their charity’s money to help themselves, their businesses or their families.”
The tax return was from his “foundation.” In one section of the form, the IRS asked whether the Trump Foundation had transferred “income or assets to a disqualified person.” A disqualified person, in this context, might be Trump — the foundation’s president — or a member of his family or a Trump-owned business.
The foundation checked yes. Another line on the form asked if it had performed the same acts previously; once again the box with “yes” was checked.
Trump’s “foundation” was funded entirely from outside donations; the Trump family did not contribute; but Trump has been using it as his ‘personal bank’ since 2009.
This is your president; not mine. He is unfit to lead a nation which previously prided itself for its integrity, morality, and principles. This is no longer the case. We will soon have a criminal, a white supremacist, and a sexual predator living in the White House.
So enjoy your president, all-white America. You got what you voted for.
