For more than five years, Trump has been a Russian asset, according to a Russian spy who surrendered documents to a British publication. Since his election, he has increased his communication with Vladimir Putin, and virtually ignored the Pentagon and the CIA. His choices of appointees and nominees have ties to Russian business. Where is Trump’s loyalty? Several of his inner circle have ties to Russian interests in America. Trump’s expressed beliefs, and recent use of the terms such as “the homeland” offer many questions about his apparent effort to institute fascism into the American government.
For a man who does not believe in conspiracy theories, I am beginning to doubt my resistance. It appears that the election was rigged in Trump’s favor. The facts are there, including FBI Director Comey’s introduction of a renewed investigation into Hillary’s use of a persona e-mail server just eleven days before the election. But the enormity of my concern is the NSA’s confirmation of Russian successes to infiltrate electronic communications for several years. Their efforts have been confirmed. How am I to doubt that Putin hacked into voting machines or electronic devices which counted those votes?
There is no doubt that Putin feared Hillary based on her knowledge and experience. There is also no doubt that Trump loved the attention and assumed devotion from the Russian president.
What am I to think? I do not want to believe that millions of Americans actually believed that Trump was fit to be our president. I cannot believe that nearly one-half of the American people are immoral and bigoted enough to allow a vile man such as Trump to become our president. If that is true, our nation has been in demise for decades, and Trump is the culmination of the death of America.
I revere and thank the America that raised me. I was a young adult when the revolution began, and true freedom and equality were the focus of younger Americans. We denounced racism and capitalism; focusing on the quality of life for the majority. We did have slogans such as “make love, not war,” and “war, what is it good for,” and we were right. Only governments profit from war and only governments succeed when racism and bigotry devolve into anger and hatred.
Trump’s entire success was based on the support of other un-Americans who believe in hatred created by white supremacy and other prejudices. His opinion of the lack of qualities of women for purposes other than carnal actions is the most offensive profession by any man I have ever known in my 70 years. If for no other reason than the fact that he denies the humanity and rights of women in our nation, I will never, never accept him as my president.
When governmental officials and the media attempt to influence you to accept Trump and unite the country, tell them to find real jobs and rejoin the patriots who denounce Trump and his cronies who hate the America of our founding fathers.
Protest and revolution are patriotic and necessary if America is to survive.
Refuse to be a follower; we all can become leaders and take our country back. Never surrender; never conform. You have the right to express your feelings and your principles until Trump tears up the Constitution and our nation succumbs to Nazi phisosophy.
