Fifty days before Trump lies and takes the oath of office, and his evil has already affected millions of Americans in a destructive and divisive manner. He is continuing his lies and is desperately attempting to receive approval from the American people. He is fully aware than more than half of our nation’s people despise him, and will never accept him as their president.
I demand that our failed media and our failed government cease their call for unity; this will never happen. Any man or woman in America who has moral standards will never accept Trump and his ‘circle of sinners’ as a legitimate administration. They will not represent all of America. If you are not white, Christian, male, or heterosexual, you will be on the outside of Trump’s fascist regime.
Let’s talk about some disastrous effects from the Trump election which are occurring today.
In our schools bullying has increased. Some young men are referring to female students in a lewd and lascivious manner. Young gay men and women are ostracized; suicide prevention lines have been flooded with calls from those who feel threatened. Minorities are experiencing increased verbal and physical attacks. Hate crimes have risen 500 percent since November 9th.
For those of us who closely follow politics, Trump’s choices for his inner circle are frightening. He has chosen white supremacists, and bigoted men and women who are a proven danger to minorities, women, the LGBT community, Muslims, and the working class. His ‘circle of sinners’ are unqualified to perform their jobs, but they all join with Trump in supporting prejudice, and the superiority of whites.
Trump is boasting that he saved 1,000 jobs in Indiana by forcing Carrier to remain in the state, and not operate their factory in Mexico. Here’s another lie. Although he claimed that he would not give tax incentives or other financial aid to keep American businesses within our shores, he lied.
Mike Pence has not resigned as governor of Indiana. He has given a huge amount of taxpayer money to Carrier; literally paying them to stay in Indiana.
Tomi Lahren is a right wing broadcaster. She appeared on “the Daily Show” with Trevor Noah. As he began to question her about our nation’s new fuhrer, the discussion became heated. Like all right wing hypocrites, she now supports Trump; accepting him as the leader of their fascist party.
When the extremist began to criticize “Black Lives Matter,” she was quickly silenced by Noah’s response.
“You are the same person who argued on your show that just because Trump has supporters from the KKK doesn’t mean he’s in the KKK,” Noah said, pointing out the hypocrisy of Lahren and other conservative outlets’ views on the anti-police brutality activism group. “What if somebody said, ‘I felt emboldened by Tomi Lahren so I went out and shot black people’? Are you now responsible?”
Her response was: “I don’t like labels; I’m a millennial.” Really?
The Trump effect has divided our nation more than at any other time since the Civil War. Will there be another battle between white supremacists and everyone else? It appears to be looming ever nearer.
