All the bullshit offered by the media and government officials will never convince more than half of our nation’s people to accept Trump as our legitimate president. No criminal, sexual predator, or white supremacist should be allowed to receive the approval of our nation which is composed of the people, not the government.
Trump continues to lie; his only real talent. He is claiming that he would have won the popular vote if millions of illegal residents had not been allowed to vote. Of course, this has been completely debunked. After the entire process is finished, it appears that Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by receiving nearly three-million more verified ballots than Trump.
Trump is also lying when he claims that all demographics supported him. We need look no farther than the thousands of men and women protesting in our nations cities to prove that is far from the truth.
The nation is beginning to question the legitimacy of the election. It appear unrealistic that the record setting gap in the popular vote did not result in Hillary winning the Electoral College. How could all of the polls have been so erroneous? Already Wisconsin’s recount is raising eyebrows, and when the tally was completed in Pennsylvania, without a recount as of today, the numbers are much closer than previously announced.
Trump claimed that black voters were offering increased support, but post-election the numbers were approximately nine percent.
As for Hispanics, Trump fared about the same as Mitt Romney in 2012, but worse than John McCain in 2008, and Bush in 2000 and 2004.
Trump was correct about the support of white women. Whites were his only clear supporters and were influential in his winning as many votes as he did. “He had the worst performance for a Republican with women since 1996 and the third-worst performance since exit polling began. Among white women, a group that normally votes Republican, he did a bit worse than Romney, but not by much. “
Trump is attempting to convince himself that he has the support of the American people; his enormous ego and weak temperament will allow nothing less. Once again, he is living in a world of fantasy.
Trump has already received as much criticism as George W. Bush, and he has not taken the oath of office. He will never be accepted by intelligent men and women who are morally sound, and denounce racism, misogyny, bigotry, and objectifying women. The standards for our president are high, and Trump does not come close to those measurements. Simply put, he is a greedy, dirty old white man, who is not worthy of the presidency. He will never be accepted by most of America.
