The outgoing Governor of North Carolina, Pat McCrory, has not only failed the people of his state, but has proven himself more corrupt than anyone could believe. His personal ambitions, and loyalty to a cult have moved him into the top five on the list of despicable Americans.
McCrory signed anti-gay laws in his state which cost his people approximately $900 million in revenue. The people voted him out of office and elected Democratic candidate Roy Cooper. The Republican led state legislature called an emergency session intended to enact legislation which would restrict the power of the new governor. The citizens of North Carolina are protesting this partisan effort to deny the people their rights under the law. This is nothing more than an effort by another group of Republican anti-Americans to retain power and force the people of their state to submit to rule by an oligarchy.
Let’s put this in simple terms which everyone will understand. The Republican Party has become the feared Communist Party of the 1950’s. They are in collusion with Russia to place our nation in control of a fascist regime, and deny the Constitutional rights of the American people. The future of our nation is in great danger of extinction. North Carolina is a microcosm of what will occur when Trump takes power in January.
Your freedom is in jeopardy. If you are a true patriot, you are learning that the right wing has a singular goal; the destruction of America and an end to democracy. The GOP is the most corrupt and anti-American organization to ever spit on the Constitution. They have no loyalty to America, and no concern for the future of the American people.
I am not a conspiracy theorist; I am telling you the truth. If any intelligent American scrutinizes the last sixteen years of our government, they will have no doubt that the extremists on the right side of the aisle are traitors to the nation of our founding fathers.
McCrory and his evil horde are not only a danger to the people of North Carolina, but an example of the future of America under Republican domination. They are the party of big business, and their goal is profit before people. The GOP hates America and their only gods are money and power.
I never believed that my choice to be an independent would move me so far to the left. But the only hope for America is to embrace progressives. The Republican Party has moved so far to the right that the only hope for our people requires a severe movement to the left. The pendulum must swing in favor of the people of our nation.
Capitalism has failed the majority, and Bernie Sanders is 100 percent correct. Only democratic socialism will save our nation from the one-percent. Capitalism is the tool which destroys democracy. Equality can only be achieved when the super-rich are removed from influence. Freedom should not be equated with how much money someone has in their bank account.
We, the people, must take back our country from the extremists on the right.
