During the campaign season Trump offered his economic plans for our nation’s future. Every expert who reviewed them claimed that they would greatly benefit the one-percent, harm the working class, and add trillions of dollars in debt to our nation’s deficit. They said it was ‘a gift to the wealthy, including Trump himself.’ All of this is about to become a reality.

Trump is taking action today which will reduce the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to as little as 15 percent. This will greatly harm our nation’s revenue, and will be a gift to these corporations who already experience bloated profits of 300, 400, and even 500 percent annually, while their employees fail to receive additional income, or increased benefits.

Contrary to Trump’s lies, Americans pay some of the lowest taxes of all developed nations. The wealthiest Americans are given a ‘free ride’ and Trump will be the cause of a widening gap in income inequality. The middle class has been diminishing, and under a Trump presidency will soon become extinct.

Every fiscal expert has stated that increasing taxes on the one-percent is the only way to reduce the deficit. Trump, who tells us he knows everything, does not agree. The truth is that he will lower taxes for himself and his circle of sinners.

Let’s tell the complete truth here; if you believe that the great recession of 2008 was a near depression, Trump plans to take us there again and create a full depression. He admits that when the economy is bad for the majority of the American people, his wealth increases.

Steven Mnuchin has been nominated as Secretary of the Treasury. He was Co-CEO of the bank credited with performing the most foreclosures during the housing crisis, and made billions of dollars while his victims were left in misery. This man exemplifies Trump’s plans for America.

The Republican Party has been the party of the rich for decades. Under Trump, America will become a plutocracy, and a plutocracy can only exist under fascist rule.

If you vote for Republicans, you must be very wealthy. The working class fares far better under Democrats, while under Republicans our average income diminishes, and our quality of life suffers.

With Trump as the leader of the free world, America is soon to become a third-world nation. Ignorance is a greater danger to our nation and our people than ambition. Trump is the least intelligent president ever elected, surpassing George W. Bush.

As the women and men who marched on Saturday said; ‘the people are our nation; governments can be overturned when they fail their nation; it’s time to take our country back.’
