Trump’s First Speech as President and the First Speech of one of His Idols

The warning signs of this approaching disintegration are all about us. In a single gigantic offensive of willpower and violence, the communist method of madness is attempting to poison and disrupt the volk, which is shaken and uprooted to its innermost core…

Peasants, workers, and bourgeoisie must all join together to provide the building blocks for the new Reich. The National Government will therefore regard it as its first and foremost duty to re-establish Volksgemeinschaft – the unity of spirit and will of our volk. It will preserve and defend the foundations upon which the power of our nation rests…”

That all changes starting right here and right now because this moment is your moment. It belongs to you. It belongs to everyone gathered here today and everyone watching all across America. This is your day. This is your celebration, and this, the United States of America, is your country.

From this day forward, it’s going to be only America first. America first. Every decision on trade, on taxes, on immigration, on foreign affairs will be made to benefit American workers and American families.”

The first two paragraphs are excerpts from Adolf Hitler’s first speech as German Chancellor in February of 1933. The second two are from Trump’s Inauguration speech. If you believe that there are similarities; you are not alone. The theme of nationalism, and even isolationism is apparent. There is also a not-so-subtle demand for absolute loyalty to the government and its leaders.

I finished an article earlier this morning detailing Trump’s intention to make our country a fascist nation. There is no question about it any longer. His dictatorial and totalitarian rhetoric, combined with his actions of vengeance are emblematic of autocratic rule. His insane and sad need to receive constant adulation is also a trademark of a megalomaniac.

Set this aside for a minute, and consider the hypocritical Republicans who are bowing to Trump’s every wish in acceptance of a dictator, even when they are nothing more than idiotic. Although both parties, independent agencies, and Trump’s personal lawyers have totally debunked the idea of three million fraudulent votes, Trump wants another investigation to soothe his ego because he was trounced by Hillary in the popular vote. The biggest Republican hypocrite of all is Paul Ryan. Although he knows the same facts I just reported, he trusts Trump and his “alternative facts,” and believes that there should be an investigation.

Trump is never wrong?

Be afraid; be very afraid. America has a raving lunatic and a fascist living in the White House. The end of our nation is at hand, and this is no longer conjecture.
