Literally every act, every proposal by Trump has an element which is Unconstitutional. I wonder when his hatred for our nation’s most precious document began. Has this been his belief all of his life, or did it begin when he decided to become the Republican Party’s standard bearer?
Trump promotes racism, the elimination of free speech, homophobia, and of course Islamophobia.
Trump’s support of Islamophobia is hypocritical. He is banning refugees from seven Muslim nations, but not from the one where the majority of 9/11 hijackers were raised.
Nationals from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen will receive restricted access to the United States. Trump is preventing some of the most desperate men, women, and children from seeking sanctuary from war and devastation.
One country not listed is Saudi Arabia. 15 of the 19 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia. Could it be because of oil interests? Could it be because Trump’s nominee for Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, is the CEO of Exxon-Mobile which is heavily invested in a single Arab nation? Mmmmm, Could be.
Muslims are fighting back, with the assistance of the ACLU, and the NILC; the National Immigration Law Center.
Two Iraqi’s, who had previously received visas to enter the United States have been detained after their arrival in New York. They have filed a lawsuit against Trump and his rash and Unconstitutional action.
“Because the executive order is unlawful as applied to petitioners, their continued detention based solely on the executive order violates their Fifth Amendment procedural and substantive due process rights,” the lawyers argue in court papers.
“Our courageous plaintiff and countless others risked their lives helping U.S. service members in Iraq. Trump’s order puts those who have helped us in harm’s way by denying them the safe harbor they have been promised in the United States,” said Karen Tumlin, the legal director of the NILC.
Let’s tell the complete truth here; because there is no personal gain for Trump and his circle of sinners, he doesn’t want them here. The same was not true in his past.
Trump’s “modeling agency” paid for young women from several nations to travel to the United States under a “visitor’s visa.” He then secured work for them without requesting a “work visa,” which is a blatant violation of immigration law.
Why wait any longer; time for Trump to be impeached. The only problem is that Democrats lack the ‘cajones’ to seek such action.
Your turn, my fellow Americans. It’s past time to rise up and take your country back by any means possible.
