Since the illegitimate inauguration of Donald J Trump, 41 lawsuits have been filed against him in federal court. If he continues to face litigation at this pace, in four years he will have been charged with legal violations more than 4,000 times.
In addition to personal lawsuits including sexual harassment and fraudulent business practices, multiple agencies have charged him in relation to illegal detention and the banning of entrance to America for legally qualified Muslims. He has been charged with ethics violations for accepting huge gifts from foreign nations, because he continues to operate his business interests while living in the White House. Trump is being sued by cities he labels ‘sanctuary cities;’ threatening to remove federal funding.
The majority of lawsuits filed against our illegitimate president are based on his executive order banning Muslims from seven nations from entering our nation. His rash decision failed to consider legal residency, pre-approved visas, and the separation of families.
Trump’s weak temperament and his enormous ego encourage him to act far too quickly; without proper advice and thoughtful consideration. This makes him an ignorant man and totally unfit to be the president.
There exists an important room in the White House; it’s called the ‘situation room.’ When President Obama ordered the assault on a compound in Pakistan to capture or kill Osama bin Laden, he was in this room, along with the vice-president, the Secretary of State, members of the Pentagon, his chief of staff, and other competent advisers.
When Trump ordered a raid into Yemen last Sunday, he was at dinner with his son-in-law and white supremacist Steve Bannon. The result was an unnecessary loss of life. What was intended to be a security mission; removing PC’s, laptops, and other materials containing vital information, became a shootout. Women and children were killed. In addition, one Navy Seal was killed, and three were wounded. Also lost was an aircraft worth tens-of-millions of dollars.
This is what happens when a man with limited intelligence makes decisions affecting the lives of others. Disaster.
Someone once foolishly said that “ignorance is bliss.” For the United States, ‘ignorance is the greatest danger our nation has ever faced.’
Abraham Lincoln said: “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.”
