Negotiations in the House Appropriations Committee resulted in “holding the EPA to the current capacity of 15,000 positions.” No change; big lie.
It must be a disease; Trump has infected the entire party. They all brag about things which are either non-existent, or accomplishments which are the result of actions by Barrack Obama.
Although Trump’s circle of sinners promised to greatly reduce the EPA, this is another victory for Democrats who fought to reduce the planned devastation to one of the most important agencies in our government.
The latest lie by Republican politicians is related to Trumpcare. They claim that it will cost less for the American people; it won’t. It will actually raise premiums for most who enroll in the program. Older Americans will see their costs increase by as much as 500 percent. They told us that preexisting conditions would be covered. Another misleading statement. This will be a state’s decision, and those who can receive health insurance will be forced to pay exorbitant premiums. 131 million Americans have preexisting conditions. Republicans promised that everyone would be covered. Big lie. It would remove healthcare from 24 million Americans.
It passed the House today, 217 to 213, with one abstention. Not a single Democrat voted in favor of the bill, and 22 Republicans voted against it. Find out if your “representatives” voted for or against, and let them know whether or not you will vote for them in November of 2018.
