James Clapper was formerly the Director of National Intelligence. His evaluation of Trump’s dictatorial pattern has given him great concern about the future of the American dream.

“I think in many ways our institutions are under assault both externally — and that’s the big news here is the Russian interference in our election system — and I think as well our institutions are under assault internally,” Clapper told anchor Jake Tapper on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Clapper believes, as do I, that Republican control of both houses of congress presents Trump with the opportunity to create a fascist state. GOP politicians have surrendered to Trump and bowed to his every demand, knowing that his agenda is unconstitutional, and harmful to the American people.

“The founding fathers, in their genius, created a system of three co-equal branches of government and a built-in system of checks and balances,” Clapper said. “I feel as though that is under assault and is eroding.”

Last week when FBI Director James Comey was escalating the investigation into Trump’s connections with Russia, Trump suddenly fired him in a desperate effort to halt the investigation into his traitorous actions.

The immoral man defiling the White House is not an American. Trump is an opportunist, and a mentally unstable egomaniac. His loyalties are not related to our nation and our people, he supports those who blindly support him, including Vladimir Putin, traitor Mitch McConnell, and Lyin Pay Ryan.

Clapper’s fears are well founded. Republicans have a singular goal; power. They have become the enemy of the American people. Every informed American is aware that Trump and Lyin Ryan’s feeble attempt to pass a destructive healthcare bill was actually an effort to offer additional tax relief for the one-percent. Trump will benefit from Trumpcare, while thousands of real Americans lose their battle for life.

We have a single opportunity to save democracy and our system of government. In November of 2018, we have a midterm election; one which has a level of importance far greater than at any time in our nation’s history. We can take our country back.

All 435 members of the House face reelection, and 33 senators will be fighting for their seats. If we refuse to vote for any traitor who has an “R” next to his or her name, we can remove all power from the would-be fuhrer.

I always tell the truth, and I advise you to take the words of James Clapper seriously. VOTE.
