For years deplorable supporters of the Republican Party offered vile and despicable commentary about Democratic candidates and supporters, most egregiously President Obama. From ‘Meat Loaf,’ to ‘Kid Rock, Hank Williams Jr., and Ted Nugent, failed celebrities have voiced their cruel and unsupported opinions of progressive individuals. Their obscene gestures and comments were fallacious and simply mean spirited, but GOP politicians refused to denounce them for their abominable attacks on the opposition.

Comedian Kathy Griffin posed for a photograph where she held a mock, severed head of Trump which was dripping blood. Republicans pretended to be incensed. What they failed to report was the caption, referring to Trump’s attack against Megyn Kelly in the August 2015 mock-debate.

“She captioned it, ‘There was blood coming out of his wherever.’ It was a parody of Trump’s own sexist remarks taken to an extreme, absurdist visual.”

The truth is that because it exposed Trump’s lack of character, the politicians in the Republican Party supported Trump in attacking her admittedly less than ‘mainstream criticism.’

The truth is that all Republicans are hypocrites. When Trump harassed President Obama incessantly, claiming that he was not an American citizen, they refused to defend our nation’s leader.

Griffin is not impressed nor threatened by Trump and his despicable party.

“I’m not afraid of Trump,” the 56-year-old comedian said. “He’s a bully. I’ve dealt with older white guys trying to keep me down my whole career.”

Calling Trump what he is; a ‘bully,’ is an accurate description of our illegitimate president. His business practices are all that he knows, but they will not find success in the American government.

Griffin’s attorney issued the following statement.

“The Supreme Court has ruled in a series of longstanding, bedrock cases that political satire is protected. The government cannot retaliate against citizens for it. That’s an important legal right that is now under attack, as journalists, networks and artists fear retribution from Trump and his administration. He is hoping for a chilling effect on artists like Kathy.”

Trump’s weak temperament forced him to attack her and this is when Ms. Griffin, her attorney and other progressives refused to back down. The truth hurts, and Trump can’t handle the truth.

“He broke me and then I was like, ‘No, this isn’t right’. I apologized because it was the right thing to do. Then it became a mob mentality pile-on.”

Trump is the worst president in America’s 240 year history, and is not worthy of being called a man. He is the scum left after the pond is cleaned. Ms. Griffin and others who expose him for what he is are serving the American people.

I am only one of thousands who expose his despicable persona. Trump is not an American. He opposes everything I have believed in for my 70 years as a patriot. His hypocritical party is equally to blame for the decline of America.
