Another broken promise by Donald Trump involves our nation’s crumbling infrastructure. There is no question that our waterways, bridges, railroad tracks, roads, and public transportation systems are literally ‘falling apart.’ Trump promised to spend one-trillion dollars to repair our nation’s infrastructure. Civil engineers believe that to repair every necessary road, bridge, etc., the cost would be $2.6 trillion; and it would be needed by 2020.

Here’s how Trump’s “one-trillion” dollars would be spent.

Trump doesn’t really have a ‘plan;’ he has developed ‘talking points.’ Only $200 billion would actually be spent on construction projects over the next 10 years. The other $800 billion would be given in the form of tax breaks to developers ‘hoping’ that they would rebuild our nation. More ‘trickle-down economics’ which have proven to fail every time.

Once again, this would be a gift to the wealthy. Allotting money for infrastructure would join Trumpcare and his budget proposals as gifts to the one-percent.

One again, I must claim that Donald Trump is not an American president. Trump is a con-man who plans to use taxpayer dollars to benefit himself and his cronies.

Speaker of the House, lyin Paul Ryan, told the American people Friday after the Comey hearings that Trump ‘doesn’t know what he’s doing.’ Really? You think?

Maybe he does know what he’s doing. He continues to operate his business from the White House, and Republicans fail to support ethics laws which apply to their illegitimate president.

Trump must learn that the American government is not a ‘board of directors.’ He cannot bully, lie, and cheat his way for four years.

Information from the White House claims that Trump is depressed. He hasn’t screamed at his television for some time, although it has been reported that he’s watching more than ever. They also claim that he has gained about 20 pounds. It is clear that Trump is mentally impaired; has high blood pressure, and is now even more obese. Can the pressure he will be forced to endure for four years be absorbed by a feeble, old body?

Maybe Trump should consider eating a vegetable once in a while.
