If someone is not respected, their opinions are of little or no consequence. This is the situation with Donald Trump. If he receives the slightest criticism, he will react by attacking that person with a tweet or tweets. It is a badge of honor to realize that his weak temperament can be so easily manipulated. I would be thrilled if Trump attacked me for the hundreds of articles I have penned denouncing him as a failed politician and a despicable human being.

If you have never watched MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” you’re not alone. Here in the Pacific time zone it begins at 3 a.m. and few people are up at that time. However, it is worth Tivo-ing because the show stars Joe Scarborough, a former Republican Congressman, and Mika Brzezinski, a real journalist. They are honest in their appraisals of Donald Trump, and he doesn’t like it.

The hosts were criticizing Trump’s penchant for tweeting whenever he sees or hears something he doesn’t like. Brzezinski sent out her own tweet saying “that’s your president of the United States lying to you.” She was very courageous; she knew that she would be counterattacked by the dreaded ‘Trump tweet.’ He did not disappoint.

“I heard poorly rated @Morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don’t watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came..

…to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year’s Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!”

Of course his tweets were fallacious. The show has increased its ratings for nine consecutive quarters. As far as Mar-a-Lago, they were there on New Years Eve, but Trump refused an interview.

“I don’t watch or do @Morning_Joe anymore. Small audience, low ratings! I hear Mika has gone wild with hate. Joe is Joe. They lost their way!”

“Tried watching low-rated @Morning_Joe this morning, unwatchable! @morningmika is off the wall, a neurotic and not very bright mess!”

There are three more like-tweets, but I will not insult your intelligence and add them to this story.

It is extremely pitiful that real Americans are forced to allow this immoral and ignorant man to defile the White House for four years.

Maybe we can help him; let’s give him and all hypocritical Republicans an early retirement. November of 2018 is approaching, and the Russian investigation is escalating. I must learn to have patience.
