Not only does your illegitimate president live in the past, he is attempting to take the American people with him. Every proposal he presents is regressive and will destroy advances made for the working class over the last 60+ years.
Every president is under an extremely high level of scrutiny, and I believe that this was another fact Trump did not understand when he sought the presidency. But the only fact which matters is that a president is required to move on and leave inconsequential events behind him as he strives to address the enormous problems facing our nation’s people. The truth is that Trump is unable to perform his duties, and displays an increasing level of mental instability.
Trump continues his refusal to accept facts established by investigative groups with valid credentials. He is now renewing his baseless claim that ‘several million votes were cast illegally in 2016,’ and Hillary Clinton did not win the popular vote.
The question is, is this simply another effort to misdirect the American people away from the fact that he colluded with Vladimir Putin to win the election, or is this a part of the growing evidence that he is a paranoid schizophrenic?
I have been asking this question for many months; is our illegitimate president mentally incompetent and unable to perform his duties? Now I am being joined by at least two dozen Democrats.
Few Americans know about the 25th amendment. It is designed to allow the removal of a sitting president from office if high ranking members of the administration and the vice-president agree that he is physically or mentally incapable of performing his presidential duties.
Trump displays characteristics which prove that he lacks the mental competency to act presidential. His huge ego, weak temperament, poor decision making, and an inability to focus for even short periods of time, all point to a man whose brain is not functioning normally. A man who responds with sudden anger when he is criticized, and responds by warmly embracing individuals who stroke his ego, is a man without intellectual stability, and is unable to make rational decisions based on the facts.
Finally, information directly from the White House confirms his mental instability. His penchant for tweeting displays a defensiveness which is alarming. His attacks on twitter are often disturbing and crude. When he is watching cable television, which is frequent, and a story about the Russia investigation comes onto the screen, he screams at the television. Insiders also claim that working for Trump requires an ability to ‘walk on eggshells;’ no one knows when he will have a temper tantrum.
I doubt that the Republican Party will have the courage to take the steps necessary to ‘do the right thing.’ Fear of alienating the diminishing number of Trump supporters will prevent them from protecting the American people. Party before the people.
Please re-post; thank you.
