Do you think that Donald Trump is ‘presidential’? Is a man whose temperament is so weak that he cannot accept criticism, even when he is worthy of that criticism, the man you want living in the White House? Can a man who attacks his critics on twitter because he lacks the courage to face them in person receive your respect, your loyalty?

When Trump attacked the co-hosts of “Morning Joe,” Joe Scarborough, and Mika Brzezinski, a few days ago, he did it in a manner which was crude and therefore rightfully denounced by many in the media, and lawmakers even within his own party. But Trump just won’t stop. His mental health is definitely in question.

Today Trump’s tiny thumbs were busy again. He sent a video of a man in a boxing or wrestling ring with “CNN” superimposed on his head. He was thrown to the ground and then punched in the face several times by Donald Trump before walking away. Trump then sent an addendum to the film: “#FraudNewsCNN” and “#FNN.”

Politicians and news agencies have counterattacked him on twitter all day. He has been accused of disgracing the presidency and inciting violence. While Trump continues to call CNN and other legitimate news services ‘fake news,’ the response from ‘the Hill’ was quite different.

‘Lawmakers felt otherwise, taking to Twitter to blast Trump for, again, tweeting “crude, false, and unpresidential content.” Many defended the free press as critical to the nation’s democracy, especially with Independence Day on the horizon.’

Every morning I wake up and hope that Trump will not do something ignorant and instigate added embarrassment for our country; everyday my hopes are dashed.

The American people deserve more. After eight years of Mr. Obama’s presidency when he remained dignified and statesman-like; after eight years without a single scandal; we, the people are now burdened with an unqualified, crude, immoral, and unstable buffoon defiling our White House.

If you are not ashamed of the man who claims to be the president, you are not an American; you are an ignorant Trump supporter.
