“Eligibility for access to classified information, commonly known as a security clearance, is granted only to those for whom an appropriate personnel security background investigation has been completed. It must be determined that the individual’s personal and professional history indicates loyalty to the United States, strength of character, trustworthiness, honesty, reliability, discretion, and sound judgment, as well as freedom from conflicting allegiances and potential for coercion, and a willingness and ability to abide by regulations governing the use, handling, and protection of classified information. A determination of eligibility for access to such information is a discretionary security decision based on judgments by appropriately trained adjudicative personnel. Eligibility will be granted only where facts and circumstances indicate access to classified information is clearly consistent with the national security interests of the United States. Access to classified information will be terminated when an individual no longer has need for access.”
It has become a fact that the Trump family, including Jared Kushner, obtained their security clearances from a ‘cracker jack box.’ They omitted contacts with foreign agents, and lied about other situations which would prevent them from having clearance; and that includes your illegitimate president.
Let’s begin with ‘loyalty to the United States’ The United States is 320 million people. It is not the government, not the real estate; it’s not even the flag. It is people. Trump and his family have proven that unless you are a billionaire, they don’t care about you or your loved ones, and therefore fail to exhibit any form of loyalty to America.
It’s the next several words which prevent anyone in the Trump family from receiving a clearance; “character, trustworthiness, honesty, reliability, discretion, and sound judgment, as well as freedom from conflicting allegiances and potential for coercion.”
‘Character;’ nope. ‘Trustworthiness;’ definitely not. ‘Honesty’ is a joke. Every word which comes from their mouths has been proven to be a falsehood. ‘Reliability’ is not in their vocabulary because they have never had any responsibility. They have all proven that they lack discretion; Junior’s meeting with Russians in Trump tower proved that fact. ‘Sound judgment’ fits perfectly with discretion. The best for last; ‘conflicting allegiances.’ The many meetings with Trump and his family during the campaign with Russian agents proves that they are traitors to the American people and the Constitution.
Kushner ‘committed lies of omission’ on his clearance form at least three times. He has met with Russians more often than he has talked to his own children. Junior lied as well when he admitted that he met with two Russian agents in June of 2016, which turned out to be five. Ivanka lied because one of her best friends; a friend she remains close to; once dated Vladimir Putin and is married to a Russian oligarch. Eric? Who knows, and who cares. Senior has no interest in him either.
Ivanka has experienced additional scrutiny for alleged deception on her SF-86 form. 22 Democrats have asked for an investigation into her lack of candor.
“To date, Ms Trump and her husband Jared Kushner have played an influential role in her father’s administration. Ms. Trump even took her father’s place at the head table with world leaders at the G20 summit in Hamburg. Between them, the couple have been assigned expansive policy portfolios, even as they maintain a business empire that relies on foreign financing and manufacturing. The juxtaposition of their public and private roles may be murky and confused, but her obligation to disclose her families’ [sic] and her foreign contacts is not,” the letter said.
The Trump family name is a synonym for both corruption, and fallacious claims. Omission of the facts is a lie.
More than once I have written some advice to the American people. Do not judge Ivanka by her $500 haircuts, $100 manicures, and her wardrobe which costs more than many families earn in a year. She is a facade. She is her father’s daughter and a worthless human being who will destroy my America if she sees an opportunity to increase her personal wealth.
The Trump family is a travesty. Not one of them has ever worked an honest day in their lives. They are out of touch with the American people and the founding fathers’ ideal of a country where freedom and equality for all is the governing principle. They cannot be allowed to further damage our government.
