Donald Trump has begun to focus his attacks on special investigator Robert Mueller. Big mistake. Mueller is one of the most respected attorneys in the United States, and has the trust of both parties and the American people. Yesterday Trump threatened him with the possibility of having him fired. The issue, according to the White House bully, would be his and his family’s personal finances.

As I have said many times in the past, there is a very important reason why Trump refuses to reveal his income tax returns. We know only one thing; he does not pay income tax. This is not surprising, this is common for the 585 billionaires in our nation. They enjoy the privileges of living in America for free. However, how Trump makes his money is crucial to his right to be your illegitimate president.

Conflicting stories from Trump senior and Trump junior raise multiple questions and have created enormous controversy. Junior claimed that much of the money his family makes is from investments in Russia. Senior says that other than the “Miss Universe Pageant” he has no financial connections with Russia. This is what happens when your life is built on lies. When the truth surfaces, it is devastating.

Mueller has many avenues to explore, but at the center of his investigation are two issues; obstruction of justice, and ‘follow the money.’ Trump is living in fear. Reports from the White House claim that he has asked his lawyers if he can ‘pardon himself and his family.’ The word ‘guilty’ is emblazoned across his face.

“I am totally not surprised that Mueller is following any leads,” said Steven Cash, an attorney at Day Pitney’s Washington, D.C., office. “That’s the way all investigations are conducted, particularly into complex relations of business people.”

Corruption in business transactions can be hidden. Corruption in politics, especially at the highest level, will always be exposed. The examples in recent times are Nixon, Agnew, and Reagan and Bush’s involvement in ‘Iran-Contra.’ Trump and his circle of sinners have proven themselves to be the most corrupt and immoral administration in American history.

I believe that if Mueller subpoenas Trump’s tax returns as far back as 2005, he will find a flow of money coming from Russia to him. The connection between Trump and Vladimir Putin did not begin with the 2016 campaign; it began when Trump took his beauty pageant to Moscow in 2005.

Trump is not only being investigated for collusion with Russia during the election, he is now facing criminal charges.

As Nixon said: “The people have a right to know if their president is a crook.”
