Maybe they don’t know what they’re voting for, or maybe they believe Trump’s lies, but Republicans are supporting his destructive gift to himself and other wealthy Americans. Although taxes will be raised on Americans who make $75,000 a year or less, Medicaid will be cut, the deficit will grow by 1.4 trillion dollars, 13 million people will lose their healthcare, and the wealthy will receive tax cuts, Republicans are eager to bow to their largest donors and pass this harmful bill.

When Trumpcare became nothing but a bad memory, we were grateful to Susan Collins, John McCain, and Lisa Murkowsky for voting against removing healthcare from 26 million Americans. These same hypocrites are now pledging to vote in favor of this tax break for billionaires, although the American people believe their taxes should be raised.

So why are they voting for the bill? Here’s the truth that they do not want you to know.

The largest donors to the Republican Party, including the Koch brothers and Sheldon Adelson, have threatened to reduce their campaign funding unless they receive another tax cut. Once more money receives the priority over the American people from GOP politicians.

Any politician who does not support the will of the people; who ignores the polls and votes for the demands of lobbyists; must be voted out of office; that includes Trump, Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz and other useless men and women who are simply taking up space in Washington.

The date is November 6, 2018. We can go to the polls in record numbers and vote Republicans out of office; replacing them with men and women who will vote to support our needs and desires.
