If America had a real president, during her first week in office she would have selected a world renowned expert on addiction, who had a degree in psychiatry, to lead a commission to slow and eventually end the opioid crisis in our nation. More than 52,000 Americans died in 2016 from a drug overdose. At the core of the problem is the prescription of opioids by doctors to ease pain. When opioids became less available, millions of Americans turned to the cheaper, and readily available heroin. During the 10 years of the Vietnam War, over 58,000 Americans lost their lives; we could lose that number in the single year of 2017.

Trump “I know more than anyone,” and “only I can fix the problem,” found a solution. He has placed spin doctor and America’s most hated woman, Kellyanne Conway, in charge of curing the problem. She is the female Jared Kushner; and like Kushner she will fail miserably.

No, this is not a joke; or if it is, it is a very bad one. A 50-year-old pollster and paid liar is in control of the “efforts” of the Trump administration to rid our nation of its second largest problem. The only addiction Conway knows anything about are her desperate needs for money and notoriety.

All of Trump’s nominees and appointees were unqualified for their positions, but this tops them all. It proves that Trump has no interest in halting this epidemic. Once again his only concerns are other billionaires and millionaires.

Trump is America’s biggest failure. It appears that he will sign his tax bill, that only significant piece of legislation in nearly 11 months in office. And that will be his biggest failure of all; it will harm the majority of the people or our nation.

December 2, 2017 will be remembered as another “day of infamy.”

Call the White House and tell them what you think about your fake president and his spin doctor Kellyanne Conway.
