If you are not as addicted to politics as I am, you may not know how congress avoids telling us the truth about what is included in the legislation they pass or fail. For example; a bill funding education might have an addendum which would protect orange groves in Florida.

The Republican’s harmful tax bill has just such an addition. They are now allowing big oil to drill in Alaska’s pristine wildlife reserve area. Another way in which Trump is destroying America, piece by piece.

Anyone who has doubts that the Republican Party is the party of big business is not paying attention. They do not represent you or me; we are not millionaires or billionaires.

This undisturbed wilderness covers 19.3 million acres. This is a travesty.

Trump took similar action this week in Utah. He signed an executive order which will allow the destruction of two national parks. History will remember Trump as the worst and most destructive president of all time. It is impossible to imagine any man or woman being a greater tragedy for our nation.

Our country will not survive four years of Trump’s mistakes. He is focused on the destruction of our democracy, the first amendment, freedom for all Americans with the exception of whites, our land, our air, our water, and the quality of life for the majority. If Trump is allowed to complete a single term, the number of Americans living in poverty will increase from 49 million to 60 million or more.
