The media must cease treating Trump like a real president, and pretending the the White House is a place where national policy is established. This administration is playing a game.
Although Steve Bannon, and Sebastian Gorka are no longer on Trump’s staff, he remains very close to the men, and shares their beliefs. Trump and Bannon’s association began long before he declared his intention to secure the Republican presidential nomination. When Bannon led Breitbart for the first time, Trump appeared on his radio broadcast. When billionaire Robert Mercer moved his support to Trump’s camp, along with his money, he brought Bannon and spin doctor Kellyanne Conway.
Immediately after his expulsion from the White House, Bannon declared war on the Republican establishment. Trump failed to support his toadies, including Speaker Paul Ryan and Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell. Bannon is aware that they are weak leaders who have failed the GOP for many years. McConnell is a failed old man who has accomplished nothing positive in over 30 years in public office. Ryan’s persona is a facade. He has proven himself to be a huge hypocrite.
The Washington establishment has decided to fight back.
“First is to dry up his money,” said Scott W. Reed, the chief political strategist for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a pillar of the Republican establishment, explaining how top Republicans in Washington were making a new round of calls to donors across the country to press them not to donate to Mr. Bannon or the candidates he supports.
“Two is to try and drive a wedge between him and Trump to the point where Trump is questioning him and his judgment,” Mr. Reed added. “You win, you win. You lose, you’re a loser. And that’s what Bannon has to wear around his neck now. A big L.”
Mr. Reed underestimates the bond between white supremacists. This vile belief is at the core of Bannon’s very being; it is also the prime belief of Trump, Sessions, Gorka and others who would make America white again.
Reed is making the same mistake as the media; he believes that there exists some form of normalcy in the Trump White House. Reed and the media are ignoring the fact that Trump is mentally incompetent, and the most important duty of his staff is to soothe his fragile ego.
Trump is a loner; without true friends who exchange ideas and share mutual respect. He is an autocrat who fails to seek ideas from his high level advisers. He refuses to learn how to perform the job for which he was elected. The White House is in chaos, and our nation’s very existence is in great danger.
Bannon cannot be defeated. He can be ridiculed and exposed, but his type cannot be beaten through what are considered normal methods. He can also be ignored for the pariah he is.
Please re-post; thank you.
