A New Year and a Critical Choice: Will you Accept Fascism and White Supremacy, or Choose American Principles in 2018?

Trump and Putin

With all of the many events which happened in 2017, two Americas began to shape our nation’s future; defined by those events. A part of our nation chose an immoral and unfit man and supported his attempts to move our nation towards fascism. Other patriotic Americans rose up towards the end of the year and sent a message to Trump and his hypocritical party that our nation belongs to us; we, the people, and only we, would accept nothing less than a fully democratic nation where the majority rules and people have priority over profit.

Elections in Virginia and Alabama offered renewed hope to real Americans. Women led the way in both elections, and in Alabama they were mostly black.

On January 21, 2017, we witnessed what our nation will look like in the near future. 2018 will be the year women lead and old, white men will follow or be left behind. Millions of women, all ages, races, shapes, and sizes; some famous and some housewives in rural American towns; filled the streets of Washington. They had a single purpose; denounce the illegitimate, and immoral man now living in the White House.

But it wasn’t solely a ‘Washington event.’ In dozens of other American cities women, and men who supported them, were marching with the same purpose. Then we learned that similar marches were happening around the world. In one day Trump became the most hated man in the world.

We must not relegate that day to memory, we must use it as a battle cry on November 6, 2018. We have new leaders in America, and they often wear dresses instead of pants. They are demanding an end to fascist policies and are informing the politicians in Washington that this is our country, and if they fail to represent all of the people, they will lose their lives of luxury and privilege.

Our nation will never be fully represented in Washington until at least 218 of the seats in the House are occupied by women, and 51 Senators take their places in the senior body of the capitol building. Women outnumber men; they possess most of our nation’s wealth; and have not been represented in more than 241 years. They now dominate college and university enrollment, and are less likely to be brainwashed by the goals spouted by Trump and Bannon.

America is in a unique situation. Two men dominate the path our nation has taken. I am no longer concerned with any investigation into Trump’s connection with Russia. A preponderance of circumstantial evidence leaves no doubt that Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump began their plan to win the 2016 election in 2013. The ‘Golden Showers Dossier’ is real.

The quiet and shadowy figure who undoubtedly has close connections to Putin is billionaire Robert Mercer. He has opposed our form of government for most of his adult life, and was the manipulator behind Trump’s campaign, with full knowledge that Putin was making every effort possible to defeat Hillary Clinton. In this war on American principles and values, Mercer and Putin were the commanding officers, and Trump and Bannon were the soldiers on the ground who would follow their wishes and lead the fight to establish a new America.

Women and minorities will defeat white men whose beliefs in fake-Christianity compel them to trust Republicans, although they have not told the truth in more than 20 years.

2018 will see the most important election in American history. We cannot accept fascism, and we must reject the lies told by GOP politicians. Don’t be fooled by a devious tactic in the tax bill. Some working class Americans will receive a small tax cut in 2018, but two years later they will expire. After that time, the middle class will be paying for taxes not paid by the one-percent and major corporations. 13 million Americans will lose their healthcare. With insufficient funding for the federal government, social programs will lose funding; the Pentagon will retain their bloated allotment. Income inequality will grow. The middle class will slowly disappear and our nation will become a nation of ‘haves and have nots.’ The rich will dominate Americans living in the low-income level and below the poverty line. A plutocracy will be supported by a fascist government.

We, the people who are the United States of America, can stop this from happening. VOTE, VOTE, VOTE. Remove all power from a man who has already proven himself to be the worst president in American history. By your vote, tell the party of the rich that they are not worthy of being labeled ‘Republican,’ or ‘American.’ Their seats in the House and Senate must be filled by men and many more women who love their country, and that means serving the majority of our nation’s people.

Please re-post, and spread the truth. Dump Trump.
