TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim January 15, 2018, as the Martin Luther King, Jr., Federal Holiday. I encourage all Americans to observe this day with appropriate civic, community, and service programs and activities in honor of Dr. King’s life and legacy.”

President Bush and President Obama took an opportunity on Martin Luther King Day to serve their nation. Both worked with minority children, and spent the day in support of the spirit of Dr. King. Trump couldn’t be bothered; those golf clubs don’t swing themselves.

Should we believe anything Trump says, tweets, or writes? Hell no! When he encouraged the American people to ‘observe the holiday by partaking in civic, community, and service programs,’ he knew that he would be playing golf. Any Trump supporter who believed Trump when he said that he would work for the American people are the same people who would give their social security number to another con artist on the internet. Trump has led a life filled with luxury and privilege; he will never work a full day in his entire life.

Well; time for me to get a cheeseburger and watch a rerun of “Friends.” I must follow the example of our illegitimate president.
